Mondays through Fridays are delivery days.

To schedule your delivery, the freight provider will call you one business day ahead of time. Rubber mulch is delivered curbside or at the end of the driveway on standard 48” × 48” pallets with liftgate service.

Curbside Delivery: The delivery driver will utilize a lift gate to lower the pallet(s) and then use a manual pallet jack to transfer the pallet to the end of the driveway. Only a paved surface will allow Pallet Jack to work. In some cases, the driver may not be able to reach the end of a driveway, but will make every effort to deliver as close as possible.

The stock is dynamic and we cannot fully manage it because multiple stakeholders are involved, including our warehouse and factory. The actual inventory can fluctuate at any time. Be aware that your order could run out of stocks after you place the order.
Our policy lasts for thirty days. If it's been longer than 30 days since you bought the item We're sorry to say that we can't offer you a full exchange or refund.
To be returned it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the condition you received it in. You must have the item in the original packaging.
